Title: Leveraging Education Analysis for Results Network (LEARN), the African Union basic education peer learning mechanism

Storyline: Seeks to advance the AU CESA 16-25 and SDG 4 shared vision of education, improve the analysis and reporting of learning outcomes in the sector, support peer learning and accountability among countries, and raise up champions and advocates for education. Through the CESA clusters, AU provides a continental platform for dialogue and peer learning based on evidence including from Spotlight regional report and country reports.
Objective: Leverage the AU CESA Clusters and policy-level platforms to operationalize the peer learning mechanism in basic education.
Expected outcome: AU CESA Cluster on Education Planning facilitates the launch of the Africa Spotlight 2022 Report and Peer Learning Mechanism on Day 2. This will further the AU's Agenda 2063 and CESA 16-25 human capital formation and advanced skills development objectives.
