The ADEA 2025 Triennale, is hosted by the Government of Ghana, represented by the Ministry of Education. It will be a hybrid event with both in person and virtual participation from 29 – 31, October 2025 at the Labadi Beach Hotel Accra, Ghana. The address of Labadi Beach hotel is:

Airport Pick-up and Drop off

Labadi Beach Hotel stayers:

Transport facilities free of charge (transfers to and from airport) will be provided to participants who have booked their stay at the Labadi Beach Hotel. Participants who will be staying at the Labadi beach are encouraged to ensure the right flight details are shared with the hotel for seamless transportation.

VIP transfers, including Ministers from participating countries will be managed by the Ministry of Education Ghana.

All other participants:

All participants who will be staying in any of the hotels listed on the Triennale website are asked to discuss with the service providers and make their own arrangements for airport transfer to/from their hotel of choice. Paid taxi service is also available at the airport. Paid airport shuttles to and from the airport can also be arranged directly with the respective hotels.

Accommodation

All participants, funded and non-funded, are responsible for securing their own hotel reservations. Participants are strongly advised to make arrangements for accommodation as soon as possible, given that the meeting takes place in the margins of several other international fora. Special rates have been negotiated with the hotels located in Accra (and in the vicinity) of the conference venue. The hotels are listed in the following links:
