Innovation and Knowledge Exhibitions at the 2025 ADEA Triennale

INFORMATION NOTE

Introduction

During the ADEA Triennales, ADEA and the host country organizes an exhibition to showcase the innovative solutions, programs, and publications of their members and partners. These exhibitions have proven to be a very enriching and exciting way to promote dialogue, knowledge exchange, and innovation among all categories of participants.

Dates and venue

The exhibition will be held from October 29 to 31, 2025, at the venue of the Triennale 2025, the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana.

Participants

ADEA invites the participation of: 

  • Government and agencies of ADEA member countries
  • All international, regional and national partners
  • Pan-African institutions
  • Education service providers and support entities driving the delivery of education and learning in Africa

Equipment provided by ADEA

There will be two types of exhibitions stand at the Triennale: 3m x 2m and 2m x 2m.

Equipment, furniture, and accessories available in each booth: 

  • 1 LCD screen
  • 1 USB flash drive
  • 1 table
  • 3 chairs

How to prepare and submit an expression of interest

Expressions of interest must be submitted by completing the online form on the Triennale website, triennale.adeanet.org.

Deadline for submission of expressions of interest: September 6, 2025

Useful information for participants

Date and time of opening:
The exhibition will officially open on October 29, 2025, and will remain open during the three days of the event (October 29-31, 2025). Exhibition stands will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm each day.

Languages, booth activities, and exhibition space managers:
The exhibition will be conducted mainly in the two official languages of ADEA, English and French, and in other languages if possible. The person in charge of each stand must ensure that someone is present at the stand during opening hours.

Shipping and transport of equipment sent in advance:
If you wish to send equipment in advance, please let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements with the host country and the hotel. Exhibitors may also choose to bring their own equipment.

Shipping costs for equipment:
All shipping and return shipping costs for exhibits are the responsibility of the exhibitors.

Installation of exhibition stands:
Exhibitors are requested to set up their equipment/tools in their assigned booths on October 28, 2025, time TBC.

Branding and naming of Exhibition stands:
The exhibition booths provided will carry generic Triennale 2025 branding designs. Interested exhibitors are expected to prepare and plan for any further design and naming of their selected booth to their taste and cost.

Security:
Participants' materials and equipment may be stored in a room each night if necessary. However, exhibitors are fully responsible for any items and equipment left on their booths during the exhibition.
